Our client, a leading international company is seeking a Fluent Spanish, French or Swedish Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Consultant in the Amsterdam/North Holland Region to join their team.
As Fluent Spanish, French or Swedish Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Consultant you will be in charge of the collection process for invoices and be in charge of resolving any issues in regards to such invoices.
Moreover, you will need to collaborate with various collection agencies at the European level to assure these invoices are paid and accounted for.
Additional duties for the Fluent Spanish, French or Swedish Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Consultant are:
-Reconciliation of (pending) invoices
-Accuracy of payment received
-Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team for cash application purposes
-Credit control and analysis
-Evaluation of credit limit on new and existing client accounts
-Review financial reports from credit agencies to determine credit limit
-Credit analysis
-Maintain a customer portfolio
-Solve queries and invoices that have been disputed
-Customer reporting on a weekly basis (on overdue accounts) as well as taking initiative on resolutions for these accounts
-Debt risk management and credit status reports
The successful Fluent Spanish, French or Swedish Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Consultant must be a team player meet the following:
-You must speak at least one of the following in addition to fluent English: Native level Spanish or French or Swedish
-Fluent English is a must; any other European language a plus but not mandatory
-cash collection, credit collection, accounts receivable or finance experience/exposure a must;
-experience in a similar role a must
-International environment experience or background a plus
